• Product strategy and planning
• MVP development and prototyping
• Technical consulting and implementation
• AI-powered tools and validation services

Payment Terms

• Fees are due as specified in your service agreement
• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice
• Late payments may result in service suspension

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your original content and ideas. Work product created specifically for you becomes your property upon full payment. Our tools, methodologies, and general knowledge remain our intellectual property.

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding your business information and project details. We will not disclose your confidential information to third parties without your consent.

Service Availability

While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service availability.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with appropriate notice as specified in your service agreement. Termination does not affect obligations that arose before termination.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated with reasonable advance notice.
